Working in the behavioral health field for 20+ years, I've has had the opportunity to contribute to the mental health, substance use and prevention arena.  As a woman of color who embraces her own personal journey of mental and spiritual well-being, my passion is to empower others of all backgrounds to obtain support and resources needed to live life to the fullest. I enjoy, painting, traveling, movies, writing, laughing, and encouraging others. I value strengthening my spiritual walk, because "The struggle is REAL sometimes!"

I am a 47 year old mother, daughter, sister (twin), aunt, therapist, friend, etc. I am a licensed professional counselor and a licensed alcohol and drug counselor in the state of Oklahoma (LPC, LADC). I believe that everyone deserves to be happy and that our differences only bring us closer. Mental health is where it starts regarding having a happy life and we all need support in order to live our lives to our fullest potential. Embracing and having empathy is a core part of being human and I am an advocate for humanity in all its form. I do believe love wins. Hope wins. We win.
